Pairing: Spoon onto salmon with whole grain Dijon before roasting
6-8 cups mixed greens
1 pint fresh blackberries
1/3 cup pecan halves, toasted
2-3 oz. crumbled goat cheese
Blackberry Vinaigrette, recipe below
Distribute mixed greens on four plates. Top with blackberries, pecans, and crumbled goat cheese. Serve with Dalmatia Blackberry Vinaigrette.
¼ cup Dalmatia Blackberry Spread
½ tsp Dijon mustard
3 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus 2 Tbsp
Salt and pepper
In a medium bowl whisk together Dalmatia Blackberry Spread, Dijon, and balsamic vinegar. Slowly add the olive oil while continuing to whisk. Whisk well until all ingredients are emulsified. Add splash of water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
