Apricot Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Dates


 

Pairing: Add to quinoa or grains with dried fruit, pistachios, and gouda cheese

Recipe:

Apricot Glazed Bacon-Wrapped Dates

8 oz. dates, pitted

12 ounces thin bacon, cut into thirds

½ cup Dalmatia Apricot Spread, divided in half

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Wrap each date with bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place on foil-lined baking tray and brush with half of the Dalmatia Apricot Spread, and bake 10 minutes. Flip each date and brush with remaining spread. Cook 7-10 minutes longer or until bacon is golden and crisp.
